This policy explains what we do with the information you share with us through this website.
We collect the details you submit through our enquiry and careers forms: your name, email address, organisation, phone number, the service you are interested in and the project description you provide. We also collect standard server logs and anonymised analytics about how pages are used.
Enquiry details are used to prepare a response, proposal or fee estimate and to maintain a record of the engagement. Application details are used to assess suitability for the advertised role. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
Enquiry records are retained for seven years to satisfy professional and statutory record-keeping obligations attached to environmental assessment work. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Data may be handled by service providers who host our website, email and document systems under contract. Where a statutory submission requires it, project documentation containing named contacts may be filed with the relevant regulator.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires retention. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Access to enquiry records is restricted to staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and logged. Website traffic is encrypted in transit.
